Columbus Makes Pilgrimage to National Shrine

On February 11th, the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and the World Day of the Sick, members of the Columbus Region made a pilgrimage to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation in Carey, Ohio. Celebrating the Mass and offering the sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick was Bishop Earl Fernandes of the Diocese of Columbus, a conventual chaplain ad honorem to the Columbus Region.
Even with a broken-down bus, we took 35 people to the shrine for a wonderful pilgrimage and, God willing, a little healing grace.
