Drone footage shows full impact of Hurricane Harvey

Historic rains continue to fall in Texas from Hurricane Harvey. First hand account from an Order of Malta member in the region: “This is catastrophic. Epic. Torrential rains falling.”

Officials say that rain and “catastrophic flooding” expected to continue for days and when the flooding subsides, people will need our help.

In the wake of this debilitating hurricane, we need your help. We ask that you pray for the children and families left in its wake, and the first responders and rescue teams risking their lives to save others.

Malteser International Americas and the U.S. Associations of the Order of Malta are continuing to coordinating relief efforts to deliver help for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. Members of the Order are on the ground in the affected areas assisting at shelters or their parish collection centers. Rescue efforts are still underway as water continues to rise.
