Ambassador Addresses Oklahoma City Event

Members of the Order of Malta - Oklahoma City, along with members of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre OKC Region, participated in the second annual Holy Orders Dinner earlier this year. Co-hosted by Archbishop Paul S. Coakley, nearly 100 knights and dames joined in breaking bread in support of the Holy Family Hospital and to hear an address by former U.S. Ambassador to the Holy See Francis Rooney. Ambassador Rooney spoke about the diplomatic service of the Holy See, in particular the critical role the unique relationship between the United States and the Holy See plays around the world.
